Well, well, well.... I realised during this exercise that I do not yet fully get which settings apply to the Parent or Child frame. It has been a real challenge creating harmonious and neat texts and logos for this navigation bar. I had to get the hang of Auto Layout and Tidy Up. The Auto layout was particularly tricky as it would constantly change some of my settings - I had not selected the correct layer - 😂. I really thank AI for guiding me through the obstacles and making me understand what I was missing 😀.
As I felt I was missing the core logic behind Figma - there is always a logic and it bugs me when I don't get it, even a little bit, I NEED to know - so I bought "Designing and prototyping interfaces with Figma" I can't wait to read it !
